Opening Checklist

Setup:


There should be two regular coffees and one decaf brewed each morning.


Grind one full batch and one half batch into basket. Brew one gallon through basket into cold coffee pitcher. Place pitcher in undercounter fridge.



Use one gallon of water and one sanitiser tablet. Make sure bucket is stored atleast six inches off the floor.


Three compartment sink directions are located on the poster above the sink.


The cash drawer is located in the morning safe. Recount bills to make sure they add up to 200.

When restocking milk rotate it so the lower dates are in the front.
