Summer isn’t the Only Thing Roastin’

Inman Perk Coffee has just aquired its first roaster! We are exploring roasting because fresher coffee is better coffee . . . and no one can deny it. Most drip blends are excellent straight out of the roaster and espresso blends are at their peak flavor 48- 72 hours after roasting. After 72 hours all coffee begins to lose it’s flavor and after just 4 or 5 days, starts to become stale. It’s very important to serve our coffee when it’s at it’s best!
